Happy Monday
I would like to introduce you to the work of
the talented Gabi Dendinger.
Gabi was born in Hamburg, Germany and became
interested in photography and art at a young age.
Her first camera was a brownie.
At age 20 she moved to Israel to work on a Kibbutz.
Her time in Israel was spent picking grapefruit rather
than painting or photographing.
She now lives in southern California and enjoys
spending time developing and printing black and white
photographs.
Several of her photographs have been published by the
Orange County Register and she was a finalist in the
recent World Wildlife Fund photo contest.

Stunning imagery!
ReplyDeleteI hope Gabi is doing her photography and no longer picking fruit because the images are amazing. I love the sixth one the best, the architectural pillars.
ReplyDeleteAll of the photos are beautiful but if I had to select one, it would be the image of #3. Beautiful!

ReplyDeleteI like the top photo the best. It is a picture taken from the Queen Mary of the Long Beach skyline and is hanging in my living room! Gabi is my mother-in-law and has always taken beautiful photos of the world around her. She is a talented painter and I am lucky to have a few of her paintings in my home as well. Not only is she artistically talented, she is a sweet, generous person. Gabi is also a great mother-in-law and a wonderful Oma to my kids. I am lucky to have married her handsome son. :)
