One of the most interesting things about blog land is the close friendships that develop.
In David Foster's book "Accept No Mediocre Life" he has an essay on the
Fundamentals of Friendship. He says...
No one who dreams of living well dares to stand alone for long.
Trees grow in forests, grass grows in fields and great people develop great friendships.
Lewis had Clark
Laurel had Hardy
the Lone Ranger had Tonto
Marshal Dillon had Chester
Tom had Jerry, Fred had Barney and Batman had Robin.
So, my point is, if I have a point today...
1. I'm thankful for all my Blog Land friends whose blogs enrich my days
2. I'm thankful for all the people who help me along life's journey
3. One of my New Years Resolutions is to cultivate new friendships.
