Casa Allende--Simply Wonderful

This is one of my favorite projects that I have come across.  The setting is wonderful and the design
is clean and simple.

A Fun Get-Away

If you are looking for a fun place to visit that's not too far from Los Angeles take a look at the following...

Sunstone, a boutique winery named after the vineyard estate’s exposed sun-dappled shale and stones, is the premiere destination winery on the central coast. Located just 30-minutes north of Santa Barbara most visitors would agree, Sunstone is the most beautiful vineyard and winery tasting room on California’s Central Coast.

Neutral With Pops of Turquoise

Other than this first picture which is the boys room, this house has beautiful pops of Turquoise.

Take a look at these pictures and see how often they follow the rule of 3--accent color used three times around the space.

A Love Affair With Our Cameras

I wanted to do a post about the beauty of vintage cameras.  Love when I see shelves that have been
styled perfectly with a collection of cameras.  They truly are their own art form.

As I cruised around Google images and Pinterest I discovered many great pictures of celebrities
with their cameras.

I, for one, am addicted to all the images that can be found in blogs and other places in cyber space.
Thank God for cameras.

Great image of twinkling lights in the camera lense.

Love the patina of this Eastman Kodak Camera

It's fun to see these images of celebs and their cameras.  I guess they enjoy taking pictures
as much as they enjoy having their pictures taken.

Photography truly is art.  I want to take this opportunity to introduce a collection of talented photographers

They would be a great option for your next design project.

The Charm of Santa Fe in Santa Barbara

Happy Monday!  This home is small, unpretentious, but oh so charming.
The details in the ceiling, the windows, and the fireplace make this so
amazing.  I could definitely move right in.

It is by the same designer that I profiled last week.
There are several very talented designers in Santa Barbara whose
work I am a fan.
