Okay, so I'm trying to find an inspiration image

for a law office I'm working on.  The head

lawyer is a woman and she asked if we could

used Tiffany's signature color.

Gelato and Lighting??

The amazing colors of Gelato could be the inspiration for a

great design project.  I found these images of a Gelato store

and fell in love with the concept and the results.  It is suppose

to be Gelato by the seashore.

The pink light fixtures are some samples of lighting that

I might use if I were designing a Gelato or Ice Cream Store.

My shero Alexandra Stoddard was all about finding the

simple pleasures in life.  She even talked about tasting color.

When you eat an amazing piece of fruit do think about the

color you are tasting?

Macarons or Macaroons--love their colors

 I loved the exterior lighting on this bakery and, harder to see,

the interior pendants are charming too.

The Benefits of Kissing

As people kiss, the amount of the hormone we create in the brain,

oxytocin, increases. Among many other functions,

oxytocin is thought to reduce stress and elevate feelings

of happiness.

Hope you remember to kiss the one you love...it will improve

A Beach Frame of Mind

I love the soft colors and textures of these pictures.

I know, I know, many of you in blog land have

expressed how happy you are that fall is in the air.

  Well, what I like about the beach in the

fall is that the crowds have left and I can find

solitude except for the occasional beachcomber

and sea gull.

A Room of Her Own

Each one of these bathrooms is wonderful in its

own right.  They have some great light

fixtures--chrystal chandeliers, pendants, sconces. 

Bathrooms are a great place for a Lutron dimmer. 

You can really set the mood for a relaxing soak.

I LOVE my bathtub.  It's where I go when

I need to get away from it all.  How about you...do
